WeSwap is the people’s currency exchange! We offer a peer to peer travel money platform enabling travellers to swap currencies directly with each other – avoiding banks and corporates allowing us to offer the best rates on travel money. We want our customers to ‘stress less and travel happy’ hence our mission is to help travellers everywhere swap and manage their currency in the cheapest, fairest, and most transparent way possible.

So far we have successfully launched a consumer product to market and built an established brand in the consumer travel money space. The next stage of WeSwap’s growth involves launching a range of B2B opportunities to market. We are looking for a head of Sales to deliver this growth strategy

This position will be a commercial role and you will be responsible for selling WeSwap Connect and WeSwap for Business

WeSwap Connect is our new B2B brand designed to offer a simple solution for online businesses to sell WeSwap Travel Money in the customer booking flow as an ancillary revenue product.

WeSwap for Business is a version of Weswap with improved functionality for business travellers payable on a subscription model and will be live in Q2

This will be a hands-on sales role initially with the opportunity to develop a sales team over time once we have gained traction in the market. The successful candidate will have a senior sales background and a proven track record of owning and driving a range of commercial opportunities and building a sales team



WeSwap Connect

  • Devising, managing and delivering a sales strategy to hit commercial growth and revenue targets
  • Identifying the right types of commercial partners. Lead source new clients to fill the pipeline by growing, maintaining and leveraging existing contacts and turning them into commercial opportunities.
  • Managing and motivating a team of sales executives to help deliver sales objectives
  • Nurturing existing relationships to deliver increased revenue
  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends

WeSwap for Business

  • Working closely with WeSwap product team to help shape the WeSwap for Business
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.

What will success look like?

  • New Travel business integrating Weswap Connect in their droves. As a result user volume and revenue targets will be smashed.


  • Degree educated or equivalent
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • A history of managing commercial relationships, lead sourcing and closing deals
  • Experience of working in the business travel industry with a network of business travel industry contacts
  • Experience of B2B sales


  • £60,000 – 80,000 plus bonus dependant on experience
