The role

The role of the Customer Service Advisor is in the front line of customer communication providing a high quality of customer service. Customer Service Advisors work to ensure that their company’s customers receive the best possible service when using their product, has a professional understanding of what makes first-class customer service is important, as are flexibility, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Love the customer!
  • Respond to queries via email, chat, social media and phone
  • Manage relationships with customers by providing fast, accurate and helpful responses to queries
  • Resolve customer queries through the most effective means in a professional but friendly manner
  • Always look to pro-actively support customers
  • Be an ambassador for the WeSwap brand

Required Skills

  • Team player, with a genuine interest in resolving customer problems

  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to learn new things quickly

Required Education and Experience

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of related work experience in a customer facing role handling customer complaints, resolving problems
  • Financial industry experiences a plus
  • Call center experience in any industry desirable
  • Must be available to work any shift, including weekends
  • Must be computer literate
  • Fluent written and spoken French and English

Location: Kentish Town – London

Hours: full time role, shift between 8.00am - 9.00pm

Salary: starting £20K pro rata

Starting date: January 2020
