Paid Social Campaign Manager

We’re looking for a smart and talented Paid Social Campaign Manager to join us at our buzzy Kentish Town HQ. 

As a key member of our small but growing marketing team and reporting into the Head of Digital Marketing, you’ll take the lead in running our paid social campaigns -  executing across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat etc) to hit all our growth KPIs.

What you’ll be doing: 

       Formulating, building and running WeSwap’s paid social campaigns – both prospecting and retargeting – in the UK and across Europe.

       Optimising campaigns in order to hit monthly, quarterly and annual performance targets for relevant KPIs.

       Making recommendations to the Head of Digital Marketing in order to further drive growth of your channels.

       Work with our in-house creative team to build out new creatives and landing pages to help you hit your goals. In additional you will be using self-serve creative tools (e.g. Animoto).

       Build and deliver Excel reports to show progress to the rest of the business.

       Work with our mobile measurement partner and Google analytics/tag manger to ensure accurate tracking.

Ideally you will have/be:

       18 months+ experience working on paid social campaigns for a performance driven business. Facebook, Instagram & Twitter experience are a given, Snapchat & Pinterest would be a bonus. 

       Experience in all aspects of paid social marketing – from briefing and building creative right through to analysing and optimising results. 

       Advanced knowledge & experience of using Facebook Power Editor and Twitter Ads Manager

       Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse platform data and make appropriate optimisations.

       Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and working knowledge of Google Analytics.

       Experience with Google Tag Manager and/or a mobile measurement partner.

       A passion for everything digital and social media, keeping an interest in marketing trends

       A self-starter who can manage their own workload and can identify when things need to be improved.

       Creative – you have a strong capacity to innovate and identify new creative to keep within KPI targets.

       You’re super self-motivated and constantly driven to learn. Whether it’s a new trend on the horizon or a fabulous idea you’ve seen online, you’re the first to spot it, raise it and work out how to make it happen.

       You’re armed to the teeth with ideas and inspiration and can’t wait to get stuck in. 

It’d be a bonus if you have:

       Experience of working in a startup/scaleup environment.

       Experience in running paid social campaigns specifically for a mobile app.

       Language skills – French, Spanish or Italian.
